Data Processors

We use the following trusted processors to provide the service:

Google Cloud — application hosting and database infrastructure (EU region: Belgium, europe-west1)
MailerSend — transactional email delivery
Stripe — payment processing
OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) — AI reply generation, as Inquix's sub-processor. API data is not used for model training. Transfers to the USA are safeguarded under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and OpenAI's data-processing addendum.

Data-transfers — With the exception of AI reply generation (OpenAI, USA — see above), all data is hosted and processed within the EU (Google Cloud, Belgium).
