Terms of Service – Inquix AI

Service Description

Inquix AI provides automated AI-generated replies to contact form submissions using Inquix's AI provider account. AI reply generation is included in the service — no separate OpenAI account is required.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use Inquix AI only for legitimate communication
  • Reply only to visitors who have initiated contact
  • Not use the service for spam, bulk emailing, or unsolicited marketing
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Violation may result in service suspension.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have legal grounds to contact recipients
  • Configuring email sending correctly on your website
  • The content generated by the service on your behalf, based on the prompts, business information and knowledge-base content you configure"

    The fair-use section is fine as-is (the 2,000/month cap and daily limits are already cited — the WP.org commitment holds). Optional addition: "The free plan includes 15 AI replies per month. Preview and testing tools have separate daily limits.

AI-generated responses are provided “as is”. Inquix AI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.

Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation details are provided during checkout.

Service limits and fair use

Pro plans include a generous monthly reply allowance (currently 2.000 AI replies per month) as a fair-use ceiling to protect service quality for all customers. If your legitimate usage approaches this ceiling, contact support@inquix.ai and we will raise it at no extra cost. Daily sending limits also apply to protect email deliverability.

Termination & Suspension

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. You may stop using the service entirely by deactivating the plugin and deleting your site data from the plugin's settings.

We may temporarily suspend AI replies for a site in cases of abuse, unusual automated traffic, or use that violates these terms. Suspensions are reversible and we will contact you at your account email; contact support@inquix.ai to resolve.

Limitation of Liability

Inquix AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of Inquix AI shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
